The staff there are absolutely amazing. You walk in, tell them what you’re looking for or what your problem is and they help you. THEY HELP YOU. Every time I’ve gone there the expertise and service has been on level I have never experienced in another hardware store, heck virtually any store. My only complaint is they close at 5PM so I can’t go more often!! Seriously, skip the big box stores. This local spot is, well, THE spot. It is my number one choice for my hardware needs (when I can get there in time).

Great old school hardware store with knowledgeable and helpful employees. Been going there for years.Went there today, in the snow storm, to see if they had a pull string starter for my snowblower. After standing around there for about 15 minutes and wondering what's taking so long, the lady comes out with the part fixed! I couldn't believe it. I was expecting to buy the part, install it and fix it myself. All we had to do was go back home and screw it on and Bam it worked. You don't get that kind of service in the big box stores. And they really do have anything you'll ever need there.

This is THE hardware store to go to for anything you need. Helpful patient staff, excellent inventory. If they don't have what you need they will let you know where you can find it if they can't get it for you. After trying to get 3 new garbage cans from Amazon, Ebay, and Home Depot I went to Jere's and they had exactly what I wanted and delivered them the same day! Thank you George, Dee and the 2 great delivery guys! It is always a pleasure to do business with this store!

I went into Jere’s for paint samples and Dee was so helpful. She has such a kind demeanor and voluntarily helped me figure out how to decide on paint colors. I will definitely come back here for paint and color guidance.

I live in Queens, NY for the last 40 years. I been going to Jerry's hardware store since day ONE. If you are looking for anything for your home, plumbing, painting, heating, air-conditioning, BBQ grills, garden supplies or tools just go to Jerry's. They have everything at great prices. Service is impeccable. They are very professional and customer oriented. All sales and service is done under close supervision of the owner Mr. George Bardolf. I strongly recommend Jerry's hardware store for all your home needs. Mr. Bardolf we thank you very much for serving people in Queens.

Great spot to support local business. Customer service quality depends on who you get but for the most part they are very helpful and hospitable. Pretty sure it's the owners or owners family members that aren't quite as hospitable. But still very knowledgeable and their inventory is great. Always recommend.

I had such a great experience at JERE’S Hardware. I went to Home Depot first trying to find the right extension to connect my sink faucet to a washing machine, and honestly, I got zero help and a lot of dismissive looks. I’m very capable plumbing just isn’t my lane, and I needed guidance, not attitude.
